cant logg back in help plz...

i cant logg back in it keeps telling me acc and pass is incorrect and its pissing me off cause ive used same pass and stuff for years.... i redownloaded the tibia client and ip changer and its still telling me the exact same thing idk whats giong on, can anyone help?
